By accessing or using ReplyBase ("the Service") at replybase.xyz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
ReplyBase is a keyword monitoring and opportunity discovery tool. It searches publicly available content on social platforms (Twitter/X, Reddit, Hacker News, YouTube, and others) for conversations matching user-defined keywords. For each opportunity found, the Service provides AI-assisted draft reply suggestions powered by Anthropic Claude. Users are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and manually posting any replies on external platforms. ReplyBase does not post content on your behalf.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using ReplyBase, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at hello@replybase.xyz.
You agree not to use the Service to:
ReplyBase monitors publicly available content on Twitter/X, Reddit, YouTube, Hacker News, and other platforms. Your use of any reply suggestions generated by the Service must comply with the terms of service of the respective platform where you post.
If your use of ReplyBase results in action being taken against your account on any third-party platform, you are solely responsible. ReplyBase reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if we detect activity that violates third-party platform rules in ways that could harm the Service or other users.
Applicable third-party terms include: Twitter/X Developer Agreement, Reddit API Terms, YouTube API Services Terms of Service, and Hacker News guidelines.
ReplyBase uses artificial intelligence (powered by Anthropic Claude) to generate suggested reply drafts. You acknowledge and agree that:
The Service relies on external data sources (Twitter/X API, Reddit API, YouTube API, etc.) for its core functionality. These data sources may become unavailable, change their terms, or become restricted at any time without notice. If a platform restricts or removes API access, monitoring for that platform may be suspended or discontinued. No refunds will be issued for periods affected by third-party API changes outside of our control.
ReplyBase does not warrant that keyword monitoring will capture all relevant posts on any platform. Search results depend on third-party API access, which may be incomplete, delayed, or subject to platform-imposed filtering.
By connecting a third-party account (such as Reddit via OAuth), you authorize ReplyBase to access and store access tokens on your behalf to perform the requested functions. You represent that you are authorized to grant this access. You can revoke this authorization at any time through your Settings page, which will delete stored tokens. ReplyBase does not store your platform passwords.
ReplyBase offers paid subscription plans billed on a monthly basis. Payments are processed securely through our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' written notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Account quotas and feature availability may change at any time. We will attempt to notify users of material changes via email.
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid charge by contacting us at hello@replybase.xyz. After the 14-day window, we do not offer refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, unused features, or cancellations. You may cancel at any time and will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
In the event of a duplicate charge or billing error on our part, please contact us within 7 days at hello@replybase.xyz.
You retain ownership of all content you provide to ReplyBase, including your product context, keywords, and sample replies. You grant ReplyBase a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to process this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it to train AI models.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ReplyBase. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works based on the Service without our written permission.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable. We do not guarantee any minimum number of opportunities found per scan.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReplyBase shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the Service in a way that harms other users or any third-party platform. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request a copy of your data within 30 days of termination by contacting us.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. If you are located in the European Union, additional rights under GDPR may apply.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by email at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
